American Standard/Mitsubishi Heat Pump System (Ducted) with New Ductwork
The previous HVAC system had 80% gas furnace in a closet with a foam attic, which is not allowed, with the recent building/mechanical codes updates (effectively July 1st ,2023). Instead of going with 90% gas furnace, we recommended the American Standard/Mitsubishi setup, and it worked out nicely. We installed new ductwork to accommodate this system. After replacing all the ductwork, we encapsulated each of the supply drops. With the new ductwork, we also replaced each of the ceiling vents with aluminum curve blade adjustable vents for better flow.

New Construction – 17 SEER Two Stage American Standard Heat Pump
New construction installation – we installed a 17 SEER Two Stage American Standard heat pump with all round trunk line ductwork. The finished installation included a full system start up commission.
